Sunday

Afternoon Tonic

Join us for a rejuvenating class designed to help you close the weekend and prepare for what's ahead. Starting at 11 PM, we focus on building circulation and warming the body as we honor the beginning of the heart meridian's cycle and concluding at it's peak functioning time ensuring a deep restful Savasana. You will leave with your body feeling nourished, aligning with the small intestine’s start time at 1 PM. This class beautifully blends Vinyasa with Restorative practices, creating a harmonious balance between heart rate and calming the nervous system.

Tuesdays

Ground to Grow
We will honor body alignment through spinal movements and extensions, transitioning into salutations and holding poses. As we integrate our Asana (poses), Drishti (eye gaze), Prana (breath), and center of gravity, this Vinyasa blend challenges you to use all your senses and unite them. Join us in this transformative practice and leave feeling more awake and connected in your body!

Intermediate Vinyasa
Ready to sweat? I see you! We soak up every moment of our time together for this intermediate Vinyasa class designed for those ready to take their practice to the next level! This class is perfect for anyone looking for a challenge, but don’t worry—modifications will be provided and you’ll always be encouraged to rest when needed. Join us for an invigorating class, and unwind with a long Savasana at the end to fully integrate and reset. Come find your edge!
